I have committed first draft.
I still have a week and a half of rewriting to go, but everything is out there now. Out of my head and onto my hard drive.
Quite a feeling of accomplishment, actually.

Quite an accomplishment by itself, even more so because it'll be sitting on bookshelves everywhere next year.
I wish I remember where I read this, but 1% of people who start writing a book finish it. 1% of those actually get published. How does it feel to be 1% of 1%? :)
Looking forward to reading your book next year.
It feels pretty amazing. :-) It's something I've been wnating since I was 13, and for it actually to behappening is rather surreal.
